    • The Summit will be hosted at the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown in Nashville, Tennessee.
  • What can I expect from the event?
    • Attendees will enjoy three days of collaboration, networking, and workshops designed to help Docket users connect, exchange ideas, and gain valuable business insights.
  • What if my competitors are there? 
    • This event is for all collaboration, not competition. You’ll have the chance to connect with business owners who are looking to grow their operations, just like you. There will be plenty of personalized networking opportunities to learn from others and share insights with like-minded professionals.
  • What will I gain from attending? 
    • You’ll walk away with actionable insights to improve your operations, marketing, and efficiency. We’ll have hands-on workshops, Docket deep dives, and exclusive sneak peaks at new platform features.

    • You’ll have structured networking and breakout sessions to connect with fellow haulers. We’ve also partnered and hand selected industry vendors offering exclusive access and special discounts only for summit attendees.
  • Isn’t this summit only for new Docket Users? 
    • You are going to see a mix of both types of Docket Users. We are planning content that will definitely be new-user focused as well as content that goes into advanced usage. Have you ever wondered: am I using this product the most effectively? What are other long-term users doing to be efficient on the app? This is the chance to find out!

Registration and Pricing

  • How can I register?
    • Registration will open on January 6th, 2025. You can secure your spot via our event page.
  • Is there a group discount available?
    • At this time, there are no group discounts, but the Early Bird pricing offers significant savings.
  • What is included in the registration fee?
    • Your registration covers access to all summit sessions, workshops, networking events, and 1:1 support opportunities.
  • Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?
    • Refunds are not permitted. For special cases, reach out to marketing@servicecore.com.

Travel and Accommodations

  • How do I book a hotel room?
    • A booking link with a group rate for the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown will be available starting January 6th. Click here to book.
  • Can I extend my stay at the hotel?
    • Yes, the group rate is valid for up to 3 days before and 3 days after the event dates.
  • Is there parking available at the venue?
    • Details about parking at the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown will be shared closer to the event.

Event Features

  • Will there be networking opportunities?
    • Absolutely! The summit is designed to foster connections among attendees, with dedicated networking sessions and casual meet-and-greet events.
  • What is the night event at Ole Red?
    • On May 19th, Docket is hosting an event at the rooftop at Ole Red from 7-10pm. There will be an open bar, live music and small bites provided. You are encouraged to eat dinner prior to the event. This is a private event.
  • What types of workshops will be offered?
    • Workshops will focus on best practices for using Docket software, industry-specific strategies, and business growth tips tailored for haulers.
  • Can I share my ideas or feedback with the Docket team?
    • Yes, the summit includes dedicated time for user feedback and discussions to help improve the software.

  • Will meals be provided at the event?
    • Breakfast and lunch will be provided during sessions on both May 19th & 20th. Further, there will be an open bar and small bites at the welcome happy hour and night event at Ole Red.
  • What should I bring to the event?
    • Bring your laptop or tablet for workshops, business cards for networking, and any specific questions you may have about using Docket software.
  • How do I stay updated on event news?
